After years of watching how the same experience can feel completely different to different people in the same room, I became fascinated by one question: what does it take to make every person in that room feel genuinely expected, welcomed and seen?

That question became a philosophy. The Human-First approach, the belief that there is nothing more important in any event than how people feel inside it, is the foundation of everything I design, strategise and deliver.
