We’ll confirm your date and send a detailed proposal.
Your 20% discount is secured when your deposit is received by 15th December 2025.

Your booking is confirmed, and the discount secured once the deposit is received.

Deposit must be received by 15 December 2025.
Valid for events 1 January – 30 June 2026.

Minimum event value £3500-5000 (before discount).
Discount applies to Events Upon Thames services only, not to third-party supplier costs such as venue hire or catering.
