Tibisay is an internationally recognised neuroscientist, keynote speaker and senior leader in change. She is the creator of the renowned PEPE© Model, a neuroscience-based framework to facilitate change and Author of the book “Neuroscience for Change at Work”. She is also the founder of Sparkling Performance and PEPE Neuroscience consultancy and training firms as well as the Director of the Academy of Neuroscience and Education in the UK. Additionally, Tibisay is the co-scheme owner and the Chief Examiner for the certification “Neuroscience for Change” offered by APMG International.

Melissa Perkins

Melissa is the founder of The Kindfulness Effect and a passionate advocate for mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and wellbeing. Her mission is to empower people to lead more conscious, fulfilled lives by creating a ripple effect of mindfulness, kindness, and gratitude — the three elements at the heart of Kindfulness.
The Kindfulness Effect was born from Melissa’s own recovery from PTSD in 2007, when she first discovered mindfulness and positive psychology. Inspired by their life-changing impact, she went on to complete a degree in psychology and philosophy and subsequently trained as a yoga, meditation, and mindfulness teacher. Melissa is also certified to deliver the globally recognised Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme.
With 15 years’ experience in corporate management and a background in adult education, Melissa brings a rare combination of professional insight and teaching expertise. She designs and delivers inclusive, engaging wellbeing and leadership sessions, courses, classes and workshops that support physical and emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and inner balance.
Through The Kindfulness Effect, Melissa partners with organisations and communities to create meaningful wellbeing experiences that foster resilience, connection, and sustainable positive change.
