Something I have been building quietly for a very long time is finally, properly, beautifully real. It started over a cappuccino with a friend. It grew into a philosophy. And that philosophy became an event that I believe is genuinely different from anything else available for women in business right now.

The day is structured around The Visible Woman Framework, a philosophy I created rooted in one simple but radical insight:
You cannot build a visible business from an invisible self.
The framework explores three interconnected dimensions of visibility, and what makes it distinctive is that it brings all three together in one room, at one time, as one complete picture:

A note on Elegance
The word elegance appears in the name of this event deliberately, and not as a reference to style or luxury. Elegance, as I mean it, is the quality of being precisely what you need to be, without excess, without apology and without performing a version of yourself that was never really yours.
An elegant business is one that works with your nature rather than against it. An elegant presence is one that is fully, deliberately, unapologetically you. And an elegant day is one where every detail, however small, was designed with the person experiencing it in mind.
